Setting up aquarium/ 1st obsevation

In botany lab we set up our microaqauriums. The classification/ identifcation color ocded dots I used are dark blue, yellow and red.
Out of the water samples for the aquarium I chose number 6 which is from Spring Creek off Woodson Dr running through Dean's Woods Road frontage., Knox Co. Tennessee. It offers partial shade exposure.  I used the Fissidens fontanus moss found in the stream and the Utricularia gibba L. A flowering plant from Spain Lake and was grown in the Hesler water tanks.
IN my first observation I didn't see any organism yet!
